Merry christmas to all of you guys. the 25th of December has arrived. Nice food in combination with spending time with our beloved ones is what we love most on this time of the year. I haven’t really had the time to prepare a festive shooting showing you my Christmas Outfit of 2016, but my dad helped me making this post by photographing me on a field in my hometown.
This outfit doesn’t really look very festive but that’s what i have worn yesterday for christmas eve. It’s kinda rustical looking but elegant at the same time. I thought it’s a good combination of lumberjack and classy guy – a mix that fits perfect for a christmas celebration on the countryside.
The chunky knit pullover i bought at H&M was more or less a mispurchase which i’ve never worn before. When i came back home to Austria I was searching for new combinations to shoot. So i found this pullover again and thought maybe it looks good with a turtleneck underneath, which i bought at Weekday. The boots are by Dr. martens for those people who see my pictures for the first time. All the others know that i’m wearing them non stop.
I love the mood of the pictures my dad took. We went to this huge field a few miles away where the frost lightly covers the grass and the trees. My scarf couldn’t hold me worm at -4 degrees. Winter in Austria is so cold, unfortunately without snow most of the time. White Christmas is far far away.

However, i’m happy being with my family at this time of the year. Christmas presents are not the most important part here, i’m more happy of the support i get from my parents and brother. I’m thankful for helping me with the website and taking pictures.
What are you most thankful for on this day?
